SCADA Systems and Industrial Automation
All solutions described below are implemented using the Inductive Automation Ignition platform, Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLC controllers, as well as HMI systems from these vendors. Depending on customer requirements, I deliver both local control systems and distributed SCADA architectures with remote access, data analytics, and integration with IT environments.
Stand-alone Machines and Equipment
I develop control software for individual machines and industrial equipment, including PLC logic, HMI visualization, and communication with higher-level systems. Projects are delivered based on customer documentation or in cooperation with OEM engineering teams and system integrators.
Upon request, I participate in FAT and SAT testing, as well as on-site commissioning, ensuring stable deployment and post-implementation support.
Production Lines and Industrial Plants
For more complex processes, I design distributed control architectures covering multiple PLC controllers, redundant communication, and centralized SCADA systems. These solutions provide full production supervision, process visualization, alarm management, and historical data archiving.
SCADA systems are designed to be scalable and ready for future expansion, including integration with MES, ERP, and analytics platforms. This creates a strong foundation for digital transformation initiatives.
Integration and Industry 4.0
I deliver integrations based on standards such as OPC UA, MQTT, and REST APIs, as well as modern data architectures. SCADA solutions can operate as part of a Unified Namespace (UNS) environment, enabling centralized real-time access to production data across MES, ERP, cloud platforms, and advanced analytics tools.
This approach supports the development of flexible and future-ready systems aligned with the Industry 4.0 concept.
Industry Experience
I have experience delivering projects in food and beverage, feed, pharmaceutical, and other industries that require high reliability, production traceability, and compliance with quality standards.
