- business communication and commercial contacts,
- contract execution,
- financial and accounting settlements.
The legal basis for processing is Article 6 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

Your data may be processed by Dawid Fulczyński Industry Software and third parties located within the European Union that provide services to the controller, in particular:
- financial and accounting service providers (banks, accounting offices),
- intermediary services (transport, electronic communication),
- subcontractors cooperating in the delivery of services.
Data subject rights
In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your personal data and obtain a copy,
- rectify inaccurate or incomplete data,
- restrict processing,
- exercise other rights resulting from GDPR provisions.
To exercise these rights, please contact the controller. To prevent misuse, the controller reserves the right to verify the identity of the requesting person before responding to the request.
